RUNNING LATE:
I will do my best to accommodate you, but if you are 15 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule (a reschedule fee of 25% of total service, may be required). If you know that you’re running late, please contact me as soon as possible.
CANCELATIONS:
I understand the need for flexibility and I respect how valuable my clients time is. I make every attempt to accommodate client schedules and ask that you, as a client, do the same. I hold your appointment time just for you, so if you need to reschedule please provide as much notice as possible. Please call or text within 24 hours to avoid a late cancelation fee (50% of service).
NO-SHOWS:
If I do not receive any notice of cancellation or needing to reschedule. You will be charged 100% of the service.
CHILDREN:
Due to our boutique environment, we ask that children do not attend appointments unless booked for a service. We do not offer services for children under twelve years of age.
SERVICES:
I realize that sometimes, once you get home, you may find something that isn't working for you. Please let me know within 7 days of your visit and I'm more than happy to correct the issue. My number one goal is for you to be happy and in love with your hair.
PRODUCT:
Should you make a retail purchase that you're unsatisfied with, I will offer an exchange within 2 weeks from your initial purchase. Products that are half used will not be accepted for exchanges.
PHOTO USE:
In an effort to grow my clientele and my business; sharing photos of my work on my website, social media and advertising is an essential aspect of my success. There may be times that I request photos (before/afters) of your hair to be used online and on various social media platforms. I would greatly appreciate your consent to use the images for the use of advertising my work.
